Join us this Veterans Day for the 5th annual ZooRun5K & ZooKidsDash benefiting West Kendall Baptist Hospital and the Zoo Miami Foundation - Come for a race, stay for a zoo adventure! Event proceeds will go towards improving community and environmental health. Show your WILD side- animal costumes are encouraged!

Each individual registration less than $20 will incur a $1.50 processing fee.
Each individual registration between $20 and $40 will incur a $3.00 processing fee.

ZooRun5K Note:
The 5K is for both runners and walkers. However, it is expected that any participant in the 5K should be able to accomplish the necessary 3.1 miles in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. (23 to 25 minute pace per mile). Race starts at 7:30 a.m.
ZooKidsDash Note:
ZooKidsDash participants ages 2-5 will receive one (1) parent wrist band with their registration packet. This wrist band should be worn by a parent if they would like to run the ZooKidsDash with their child. Additional family members may watch the race from the Finish Festival area. The ZooKidsDash will begin approximately one hour after the ZooRun5K
At the completion of the race and Finish Festival celebration, ZooKidsDash participants will receive complimentary admission to Zoo Miami with their race bibs. Parents and family members may purchase 50% discounted admission tickets to join them in the Zoo. Zoo Miami annual pass holders who present their membership cards will receive complimentary admission to the Zoo.
Packet Pick-Up:
Race packets including race numbers, shirts and other information will be distributed in advance of the race. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE all participants to pick up their packets prior to race morning to ensure the race starts on time. Get your packets at these locations and times:

November 11: Zoo Miami - NOT RECOMMENDED
6:15 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. (participants arriving after 6:45 will not receive packets until after the race which starts at 7:30 a.m.)
Come in Costume:
Make sure to dress up and accessorize as your favorite animal. Participants in costume will be recognized at the event.
Team Tents:
Teams that raise $1,000 in fundraising by October 15 may request a complimentary 10x10 tent within the finish festival area for their members to gather after the race. Space is limited, and tents are available to qualifying teams on a first-come, first serve basis. Qualifying teams interested in requesting a tent may email JasonB@BaptistHeatlh.net.
